Cover Letters:
If you know who will be handling applications, address them directly. If not, use phrases like "Dear Hiring/Search Committee."
Intro Paragraph: Think of as your Thesis Statement
Body Paragraph(s): Use your job experience to reinforce why you are the best candidate for the job. Relate it back to the job description if you have access to it
Conclusion: Relate it back to Body and Intro and add how the job can continue to help you grow and develop
