Magento 2 Cancel Order by Meetanshi lets customers cancel their orders from the frontend and notifies the admin of the same via an Email.

All Magento 2 stores that intend to sell online are required to have an order cancelation facility so that any customer can, if the need arises, cancel their orders from the storefront itself. Unfortunately, the default Magento 2 does not offer this functionality. Hence, Meetanshi has developed Magento 2 Cancel Order extension.

The module facilitates customers to cancel their orders from the frontend in case they changed their mind to purchase! Instead of a tedious process to contact the store owner and request for order cancelation, the customer can themselves cancel the order within a few clicks!

Additionally, the Magento 2 Cancel Order module enables a confirmation popup that allows customers to add comments while canceling the order. It helps the store owner get the customers' insights about what they think of the store products and what improvements can be done!
