In unit 2 we began to learn more about details of programs and software, how to better understand the things some of us in the class have been using for years and will continue to use.

• How to present information in applications/programs a certain way

• Defining network, hardware, software, and internet concepts

• File management

• Relationships between things online such as working vs deliverable, and information hierarchy.
