So far, I've really enjoyed this class. It's been easy to follow and It's very helpful when it comes to applying what we've learned. We've gone over the basics of email, computers, and information/learning systems. Going over digital footprint, the internet, digital literacy, files, and evaluating fakes news.
However.. we've only been together a few weeks. With so much more to learn already! I will update again around the midterm for a more detailed description of what we've done.

Despite not being able to attend as frequently as I wanted; I was able to learn so much from this class. Beforehand, I thought I would know most of the material due to my basic knowledge in computers, so I thought! I was about to get so much from this class, from the beginning in learning to manage any learning system or writing a basic email. The basics of files and the difference in their types like the difference in internet vs world wide web. The basic parts of a computer and how to build one if needed, very helpful! Social and digital media, the positives and the negatives. Your digital safety and privacy! Learning what it really is and knowing how to stay safe. Learning easy-to-use tools in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Programs sure to return in my future. Learning to research academically and organizing my documents! Down to even learning how to make this website, having fun with it and being creative in my assignments as well. There was so much to learn, and I enjoyed it very much DESPITE my absences.
