As the school psychologist, you need to make an appropriate determination of ineligibility based on data, but also resolve the parent's fear regarding the loss of special education services.

Select a topic and develop a scenario.
Speak with a Subject Matter Expert (SME): school psychologist.
Write simple and clear script for target audience and review with the SME.
Record audio narration.
Find background image and character pictures reflective of the scenario.
Ensure that on-screen characters can be modified to different expressions and poses.
Modify characters' expressions and poses via Illustrator.
Apply Mayer's multimedia design principles to maintain consistency in design, to enhance the learner's experience, and to maximize learning.
Use PowerPoint and include the script, audio narration, and images to create a cohesive training module.
