The following details my dossier draft feedback and recommendations. The feedback improved my vision, message, and goals, and through revision of sections in need, I clarified the connection of my work to my research focus. The format includes reviewer feedback, my updates, and a hyperlinked image to the relevant section.

Focus Area
Several focus areas are listed (attrition, Hispanic women adult learning, non-traditional students, and social identity theory). Clarify your specific focus area and highlight the role of instructional design and technology. Discuss how you will leverage scholarship, learning design, and service activities to support your focus area specifically. See dossier requirements 1.2 Focus Area bulleted points.

The Scholarship statements were updated with a revised introduction, added literature reviews, updated publications, updated presentation, and correct supplementary statement.
Introduction
Be specific about how your scholarly efforts connect to your research agenda (focus area). Your focus area should connect to instructional design and technology. Provide an explanation of what competencies related to scholarship you need to reach your identified goal(s). Describe how you have met each competency and/or are working toward addressing each competency needed and how each artifact you have included supports the acquisition of a competency.

Literature Reviews
Artifacts included could be expanded and revised to become true literature reviews. What you currently have included are simple article reviews. Additionally, "Meta-analysis review" does not seem to be a topic for a literature review. What is the main topic of your literature review? Similarly, "literature review" is not a topic. Please revise the title and depth of the literature review artifacts.

Research Paper
Great! For the final dossier submission, include an update on publication status with supporting documentation. Be sure to also include journal documentation supporting the peer review requirement.

The Learning Design statements were updated with a revised introduction, proper loading of artifacts, updated evaluation, and updated supplementry artifact.

Be specific about how your evidence connects to your needed competencies in learning design. We suggest you choose some instructional design theories or learning theories here (just one is fine) to support your fundamental beliefs about designing for human learning.

Ideally, evaluations offered should relate to the training materials offered as primary evidence. When this is not the case, additional information is needed about the learning module that is being evaluated. Clearly visible artifacts and an explanation of the evaluation results are also warranted.

We suggest you add some verbiage to connect your service to your future goals as an instructional system designer, adjunct professor, and consultant.
