Evidence Portfolio

Independent learners understand there are two Advanced Joinery Evidence Portfolios. This pages may assist in their production.

The practical evidence record sheets (below left) may help with the documenting of work based and college evidence. The (doc) file can be opened with microsoft word. The (rtf) file should be able to be opened by other word processing packages. Then candidates can modify them to suit their own needs before saving master copies on their own computer.

The master copies of the related job knowledge questions are contained in the technical certificate evidence portfolio. To allow independent learning students the opportunity to undertake these job knowledge questions while away from class, copies are contained in google doc's. Candidates can work on these copies and update their college portfolio without removing (and losing) the master copies. Help with some of these job knowledge question can be found in the coursework assistant below.

Advanced Diploma Evidence

Candidates undertaking and advanced (level 3) diploma in bench joinery will build a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their competence in the required learning outcomes. The portfolio can have various sections. Independent learners will need to discuss these with an assessor.
