This model forms the basis of the "City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Bench Joinery (6706-36) " and was developed from the 2D drawing on page 22 of the "Practice Manual -Unit 309 Manufacture shaped doors and frames."Â
As well as the model and full size setting out drawings. A full set of Manufacturing and Assembly Jig Drawings are contained in the ZIP available below. To assist with the difficulty of producing the 'curved' glazing bars a full set of drawing to manufacture a laminate cramping jig are also included. Those with access to CNC can make use of the Vectric Aspire / vCarve Pro part file drawings and DXF's
