Project 2B

This short story was an excellent practice for simultaneous interpretation due to two elements. First, the slow video allowed me to properly understand and translate without mistakes that occur with overly fast-spoken videos. Secondly, since it is a short story for kids, the words and sentence structures were more comfortable to follow. After recording this video, I feel confident to begin rehearsing with quicker videos. On the other hand, I decided to use another app, Microsoft Teams. I had never utilized it to record, but the experience was good. I had some difficulties with the volume of the video, yet I believe the submitted version has a good sound quality. Overall, I enjoyed this project and learned about another tool.
