The MANS class has a private MeWe social group where we share photos and videos as well as information on men's health and wellbeing, nutrition, humor and friendly conversations.
Good friendships have been formed among the members of MeWe MANS as the men converse, share photos and attend the ZOOM MANS classes.
You are not required to attend classes if you are in the MANS group, but it it is always good to have you stretch with us via ZOOM.

Join MeWe MANS Group
To join the MeWe MANS group you must become a member of MeWe if you are not already a member.
To join the MeWe MANS group email the owner, Barry Bailey, and inform him that you want to join MeWe MANS. You will not be able to directly join the MANS group or Follow Barry on MeWe because both accounts are private.
Email Barry at barrybailey201@gmail.com and request he Follow you and send you an invitation to join the MeWe MANS group.
In your email be sure to provide the name you are using on MeWe so he can locate you. Please also state where you found the MeWe MANS group listed.
