About the Class

In the MANS class we do Active Stretching which is an enjoyable natural exercise that might be described as something between vigorous yoga and gentle aerobics. It incorporates elements of both Yoga and aerobics, but it is neither. 

In the 80-90 minutes class we do nearly 90 different stretches and target every major muscle and muscle group of your body.

To attend a MANS class, you must first contact and communicate with Barry either with an introductory email or with a ZOOM one-on-one conversation. Strangers are never admitted to a ZOOM MANS class. The ZOOM link for each MANS class is sent out only to the men who have signed up for that class. If a stranger appears in the class he will be removed.

All men are expected to be fully naked for the class and with their camera on. How much of yourself you share with the others is up to you. At minimum your face must be seen. The class does not permit spectators or voyeurs, and is cause for removal.

The MANS class instructor and creator is Barry Bailey, also known in the Naturist community as Littlebare. Until the pandemic closed things down, Barry had led the MANS class live, in person, west of Boston, Massachusetts since 2010. Now MANS is strictly an international class via ZOOM!

In your introductory email, please include the words “MANS class” in the subject line so Barry  knows your email is regarding the MANS class and not his co-ed clothed stretching class which is also on ZOOM. In your email you can request more information about the MANS class or ask specific questions on what to expect in the class.  If you already know you want to attend a class, state clearly which class you wish to attend. You can also request being added to the contact list of men who receive an email reminder for each class even if you don't intend to atrend the next MANS class.

The men in the MANS class warmly welcome any new man who attends the ZOOM class. Many men who are regular attendees have formed close virtual bonds. Some have metup  locally to visit nudist sites, beaches or nudist clubs together. Some have even traveled to other parts of the world to meet the men they met and grew to know in the MANS class.
