FREE MANS ZOOM CLASSES!

500th Class Celebration!

I invite you to join me in a FREE Men’s Active Naked Stretching [MANS] ZOOM Class to celebrate our 500th MANS ZOOM class! Two FREE MANS celebration classes are offered to include a wide range of time zones.

FREE MANS ZOOM Class #499 -- Sunday, June 29, 2025 at 10:00 am ET [Boston/New York]

FREE MANS ZOOM Class #500 -- Tuesdayy, July 1, 2025 at 7:00 pm ET [Boston/New York]

This celebration is for the men who already attend MANS classes regularly, and for men who have attended classes sporadically. It is also for new men. New men are especially encouraged to attend the FREE classes. We always welcome newcomers! All men interested in learning about the Active Stretching we do in MANS class and improving their well-being are invited.

NEW MEN attending a class are encouraged to connect onto ZOOM a half hour before the class begins to get class instructions, guidelines, and have questions answered.

Both FREE classes will be offered as a normal class with expanded instructions to aid newcomers. After the class ends there will be time for comments, questions and socializing.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The ZOOM class link will not be made public. Email Barry, the instructor, at barrybailey201@gmail.com  to register for one or both FREE classes. Please register at least 24 hours before the class starts to assure you allow time get a response. Include the words “MANS 500” in your Subject line.

The MANS class had been meeting in-person in my classroom for nearly ten years, and then the pandemic closed us down.  The in-person classes met over 700 times. Added to the current MANS ZOOM meetings, the MANS class has met over one thousand, two hundred times!
