Photocopying of Library Materials 

1. Fill out Request Form.

2. Present material/s to be photocopied.

3. Wait for the approval of request for photocopying.

4. Once approved, request for photocopying will be stamped with date and time of release.

5. Receive approved Request Form together with the material/s to be photocopied.
