Outreach Program

Conduct activities such as Puppet Show, Mobile Library, etc. to different schools, institutions, and communities/barangays inside and outside Manila.

• Reservation in person 

1. Proceed to the library and fill out Request Form for Puppet Show or Mobile Library.

2. Library staff will verify details of the request as to the total number of participants, date and time, location, etc.

3. Wait for the confirmation and approval of the request.

4. Receive confirmation and approval of the request.

• Reservation by phone

1. Call the library and give details of the request as to the total number of participants, date and time, location, etc.

2. Library staff will verify the details of the request.

3. Wait for the confirmation and approval of the request.

4. Receive confirmation and approval of the request.

• Reservation by phone

1. Send a request by email to (citylibrary@manila.gov.ph).

2. Library staff will verify details of the email received as to the total number of participants, date and time, location, etc.

3. Wait for the confirmation and approval of the request.

4. Receive confirmation and approval of request on his/her email address.
