Below I added my appendices for my experiential learning experience. Most of my experience comes from volunteering with various organizations, and working as a Case Manager. While volunteering for TreeHouse, I learned the importance of being present with juvenile delinquents; the more active they are in their communities participating in positivity, the more likely they are to have a constructive change of behavior. I learned that they are looking for a strong figure to guide, listen, and respect their perspectives from all angles. Likewise, Case Management has taught me how to be a strong advocate in client progression in terms of a plan of care. I plan, assess, implement, and coordinate services to meet individual health needs through communication and community resources.
