Mai Yer Xiong

Work Experience: When I was 16 years old, my first job was Cub Foods. I was looking for a job that I can get many experiences as I can but had to quit due to focusing on the last year of high school. When I turned 17 years old, that's when I get to become my sister caregiver and having the job as a PCA. After graduation I decided to take a year to focus on working and getting a break before going into college. I decided to work at NACS INC as a second shift manufacture operator along with keeping my PCA job. Recently I had to leave NACS because due to tight schedule. Currently I am focusing on school at the moment but still working as a PCA. 

Why This Class: I am taking this class because it is one of the classes I have to take to finish my general. Other than that information I do want to take this class because I would like to gain knowledge about the principles of marketing. 

My Passion: I tend to find myself losing track on time when I get into my crafty era like diy flowers, crochet, sewing, building houses out of random things but these are just some of it, mostly its always family and friends that makes me lose track of time. 

Advancement in Marketing: The most advancement I see between our present time vs fifteen years ago would be how advance social media had become. Comparing there were many usages of newspaper back then to now mainly using social media.
