WorldTeach Namibia

Volunteer taught ICT to learners in Rehoboth, Namibia at St. Joseph's Primary. Developed and led an after school reading club to motivate learners to read and used books that I had brought from the United States. Trained teachers in computer skills so they could utilize technology in the classroom. Raised $1,000 (U.S.) to purchase two projectors for the school.

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

I studied abroad for a semester in Milan, Italy in 2015. During my time there, I was fortunate to travel throughout Europe and discovered my love for traveling. I served as a Cultural Correspondent, in which I held a video call with an elementary school in Swansboro, North Carolina. During our video conferences, I shared my cultural experiences with students.
