I used Letterland data to form flexible Letterland groups. I also used that and iStation data to determine literacy interventions and to determine what supports I needed to differentiate core instruction.
I used NKT data to determine math interventions.
I collected data on which students were turning in assignments during our digital learning period during the COVID-19 pandemic and determined ways to increase student engagement.
I collaborated in weekly grade level PLTs where we would determine scaffolds, supports, interventions, and appropriate lessons for students in our classroom. We also used this time to analyze student data.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took advantage of the time we had to participate in professional development. During that time, I became a Level 1 Certified Google Educator and a Seesaw ambassador. I also took that time to learn about multiple digital tools.
I read Teach Like a Champion 2.0 and reflected on those learned strategies. I implemented turn and talk strategies to increase engagement within my classroom.
I went through two coaching cycles with my mentor. Those coaching cycles focused on turn and talks and the creation of classroom promises that focused on calling or blurting out.
