Reading all EL required and recommended texts
Attend all literacy Professional Development that take place at the school
Attend Letterland Training
Observed a Kindergarten teammate teach guided reading
Go through a coaching cycle with my BT mentor that focused on guided reading and stations
Observed by the IRT in guided reading
Met with my BT mentor to determine interventions that best meet my students' needs based on mClass and progress monitoring data
