I initially got involved in making masks for my relatives in New York, who experienced the consequences of COVID19 earlier than the rest of us. As cases started to be reported in Georgia and especially in Macon-Bibb, I joined my classmates in donating my efforts to local hospitals to help protect healthcare workers.
