Design Goals & Responsibilities
As Project Lead, I oversee the development of narrative, tone, and structure from the ground up, focusing on clarity of vision and alignment between story, mechanics, and visual identity. The aim is to deliver a slow-burn psychological horror grounded in player emotion and uncertainty.

Led the creation of foundational design and narrative documentation
Defined core thematic pillars and tone through early concept planning
Oversaw sprint planning and ongoing task tracking
Organised and managed cross-disciplinary team workflows
