Social Responsibilities
First, we aim to make healthcare more accessible and affordable. This is something we truly care about. By 2030, we plan to help 30 million people in resource-limited areas every year by investing in people, medicines, and health systems.
We’re also very active in our communities. In 2023, Lilly employees, retirees, and the Lilly Foundation donated over $12 million to United Way.
In the workplace, we focus on diversity and equity, creating equal opportunities by expanding talent pools and breaking down barriers.
And when it comes to safety, we aim for zero severe injuries, develop safety leadership, and work to reduce risks that could influence lives or business continuity.
