To strengthen corporate governance mechanisms, Adimmune Corporation has established board-level functional committees, ensuring enhanced oversight, transparency, accountability, ethical practices, and strategic alignment in decision-making processes, including the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, as well as an Internal Audit Department that reports directly to the Board of Directors, ensuring strategic alignment and accountability.
