While postdocs are often very focused on research, developing teaching abilities is an important part of the academic life. For that reason you may want to consider as well the teaching qualification program (BKO) offered by Leiden University. Note that without a BKO you cannot be appointed on a permanent contract or promoted to a higher position in the Netherlands.
