We are also working on a problem-solving exercise to help improve postdocs' conditions. If we do this together, we will remove the barriers that prevent postdocs from developing themselves and improving their work-life balance.

LUPA represents the perfect environment to host informative events tailored for postdocs. We are in contact and will find connections with coaches, policy advisors, alumni and career counselors in order to organize events useful for our community.

Every last Friday of the month, it is postdoc "borrel": grab a beer or a tea and take the opportunity to connect with new people. Until social distancing rules will be necessary we will meet in LUPA MS Team in VrijMiBo channel. We hope to be able to meet you all soon in person!
