I already had a transmission cooler installed in front of the A/C Core. If you don't you can install the heat exchanger there no extra work needed. But I had lots of work to make them both fit. I cut the middle from the grill support. built a frame for the transmission cooler and mounted the heat exchanger to that and reattached the grill support.
I installed the reservoir and pump but I am not set on their location yet. I wired in the pump with an add a circuit adapter on the o2 heater fuse under the hood to the supplied relay.
I installed the catch can on the passenger side head.
Yea I know my welding sucks but we all started somewhere.
I will add a down leg to the bolt below
The Baffled catch can. I will clean it up after the LSA ia on.
Finished, you have to make sure the slots for the grill are in the right place and the hood latch operates with out binding.
I welded in carriage bolts in the thin wall 1x2 tubing.
Reservoir mount
Here it will be half and inch higher than the lid coolant level
Trans cooler mounted to rear of bracket with welded in nuts
