STABIAE School is the oldest and central building in town. It hosts about 600 students and 60 teachers. Students are from 11 to 13. They are from different social backgrounds. The modern town, Castellammare di Stabia, is situated on the Gulf of Naples. Some years ago, it was a place that offered tourists the beauty of its nature, the mildness of its Mediterranean climate and sea, the richness of its 28 mineral waters, its historical monuments and its historical naval shipyard.
