Our Mission
To help everyday people learn how to become Jesus followers.
As a Producer on the production team, you play a big role in helping to carry out our mission. You help create an environment where people can connect with God during services. Whether it's making sure the sound, lighting, or visuals run smoothly, your work helps everyone focus on worship and the message. By serving in this way, you're helping others take steps in their journey with Jesus, making it easier for them to hear His voice and follow His teachings.
Our Vision
To help people be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do the stuff Jesus did.
If you're serving as a Producer for the production team, here’s how you can live out this vision:
1. Be with Jesus: As a Producer, your job is to help create a space where everyone can feel close to Jesus. This means making sure that everything—like sound, lighting, and visuals—helps people focus on worship and the message, making it easier for them to connect with Jesus.
2. Become like Jesus: In your role, you have the chance to grow in your own faith and help others do the same. You can show the team what it means to be patient, kind, and a good leader, just like Jesus. By encouraging and supporting your team, you’re helping everyone grow more like Him.
3. Do the stuff Jesus did: As a Producer, you make sure that the worship service and message reach people in the best way possible. Whether it’s helping the worship team sound great or making sure the live stream runs smoothly, you’re helping to spread Jesus’ message and showing others how to live it out.
Being a Producer at Local Vineyard Church is more than just managing technical stuff—it’s about being part of our mission to help people experience and follow Jesus.
The role of a Producer is to work with the Pastors and Music Director to plan and manage the church service so that everything runs smoothly and makes a strong impact on the congregation.
Spiritual Engagement
Creating a Worshipful Atmosphere: The producer helps set the mood for worship by using lights, music, and visuals to enhance the spiritual experience.
Prayerful Preparation: The producer prays with the team before the service, asking for God's guidance.
Sensitivity to the Spirit: The producer is flexible and adjusts the service if the pastor or worship leader feels led by the Holy Spirit to extend or adjust a segment.
Supporting the Message: They make sure all parts of the service—like visuals, music, or speeches—work together to support the spiritual message
Pre-Service Planning
Collaborating with Leaders: The producer works with pastors, the music director, and other leaders to understand the theme and goals of the service.
Scheduling: They coordinate with the pastor, music director, and production team to ensure that all elements (worship, sermons, announcements, etc.) are timed appropriately.
Technical Coordination
Audio/Visual Management: The producer manages the technical side of the service, including sound, lighting, and video. They make sure everything works properly and that the technical team is ready.
Live Streaming: The producer oversees the live broadcast, ensuring it is high-quality and runs smoothly.
Multimedia Integration: They ensure that slides, videos, and music are ready and used at the right times during the service.
Service Execution
Time Management: The producer keeps the service on schedule, making sure it flows well.
Problem Solving: They handle any problems that come up during the service, whether technical issues or other challenges.
Communication: The producer stays in touch with all participants (pastor, music director, MC etc.) and the technical team to coordinate transitions and maintain the flow.
Post-Service Responsibilities
Debriefing: After the service, the producer may lead a discussion with the team to talk about what went well and what could be improved.
Review and Feedback: They review the service, including the live stream, to assess its quality and effectiveness, then provide feedback to the team.
