How You Can Join the Team

• • Complete local basics, or be in the process.

  • Production may be a really great fit for you if you have any of these results from your spiritual gifts assessment:

    • Administration

    • Craftsmanship

    • Knowledge

    • Service

  • A team leader will contact you to talk through and help you find the perfect role on the LVC Production team.

  • Schedule your first training date with the team leader.

  • Before your first day please take a look at our mission and vision statements, as well as the key responsibilities for your volunteer position.

How We Train You

We want to make sure you are prepared and comfortable in your new role. Below is our simple plan to 

• 1. You watch me - this will be your first day. You will be paired with a volunteer coach, one of our seasoned volunteers. You will shadow them as they teach you the ins-and-outs of your new role.

  2. You help me - at this step you will begin to have the opportunity to be a little more hands on, but there will be no pressure. Your coach will be there and be performing most of the role.

  3. I help you - now you will be in the driver's seat and performing much of the responsibilities in your new role. Your coach will be right there with you to help out.

  4. I watch you - at this point you will take the lead as your coach shadows you. They will be there to answer any questions and to help you out if needed.

After you and your coach feel that you are ready, you will be assigned to your new team!
