We do have an email that forwards directly to the clinical staff which they can access to retrieve. OMFS@llu.edu

The Urgent Care Clinic offers limited same-day office visits and no appoinment is necessary.

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, after hours dental urgent care services have been consolidated with the general dentistry clinic. Please direct calls to (909) 558-4222 on Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-4pm, to arrange for an appointment. You may also be accepted on a walk-in basis during these regular business hours.
