ARTICLE I. NAME AND LOCATION
The name of this organization shall be Lifelong Learners - Portland State University (hereinafter referred to as LL-PSU), located at Portland State University, Portland, Oregon. LL-PSU is a Non-Profit program of the Institute on Aging.
ARTICLE II. PURPOSE
The purpose of the LL-PSU is to bring together adults in a university setting where they may share opportunities for intellectual, social, and personal growth.
ARTICLE III. AMENDMENTS
The Constitution may be amended at any regularly scheduled membership meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present. Any proposed changes shall appear in the newsletter prior to the meeting date.
Article IV. DISSOLUTION
The uncommitted funds and property of LL-PSU will be given to the Senior Adult Learning Center (SALC) of PSU. These funds and equipment may be stored and used to support the creation of another organization that promotes seniors at PSU, as seen fit by SALC.
