t-Rewards
talabat rewards is a loyalty program that offers customers a chance to earn reward points for their orders on talabat. they can use the collected points to redeem exciting vouchers available in the rewards catalogue, which they can later use with our restaurants and partners.
Feature is available in UAE & Kuwait for all customers
available in Bahrain for 25% of customers
Available in Qatar as Lifestyle vouchers
For UAE: Customers earn 2 points for every 1 AED paid on the Talabat platform. they can use the collected points to redeem vouchers which they can later use with our partners or on our menus in the application.
For Kuwait: Customers earn 15 points for every 1KD spent on all transactions on Talabat platform. they can use the collected points to redeem vouchers which they can later use with our partners or on our menus in the application.
For Qatar: Customers earn 2 points for every 1 QAR paid on the Talabat platform. they can use the collected points to redeem vouchers which they can later use with our partners or on our menus in the application.
For Bahrain: Customers earn 20 points for every 1 BD paid on the Talabat platform. they can use the collected points to redeem vouchers which they can later use with our partners or on our menus in the application.
The earned points expire in 2 months, so we encourage the customer to redeem them whenever he/she has the chance.
In order for the customer to redeem the points, he/she can find restaurant vouchers as well as lifestyle vouchers where he/she can proceed to the partner's website/store and apply for the voucher (not related to food deliveries - Fashion, Accessories, etc...) and charity donations.
Customer can check the expiration date for the voucher through the application

Step 1: Click on the points (top right hand) or go to "Account"
Step 2: Go to "Rewards"
Step 3: Browse & select the desired offer
Step 4: You will see how many points are needed to redeem the offer, Click to “Redeem”
Step 5: You will receive a Confirmation message
Step 6: Go to “Search” & find relevant vendor
Step 7: In the checkout, click on “Redeem” to apply Rewards voucher

UAE & Kuwait Customers: None t-Pro customers can redeem their points to get free delivery on tPro vendors, while the tPro customers can redeem their points to get free delivery on non-tpro vendors.
