Order Cancelled / Incomplete

Notes:

- For incomplete orders: within 24 hours, the customer will receive a wallet voucher valid for 14 days for all restaurants.

- For orders canceled within the first 15 minutes from the order placement time, we will fill out the trewards Escalations Form, after the first 15 mins within 24 hours, the customer will receive a wallet voucher valid for 14 days for all restaurants.

- For the above two scenarios, if the voucher wasn't added automatically after the agreed 24 hours, we should fill t-rewards escalation form.

- For the Flat Discount we need to add the Voucher amount in the form.

- For the percentage discount we need to add points deducted
