Hi Heroes
As we spend many hours on Slack communicating on different levels with our colleagues from all departments, the below points are a reminder of how we should use Slack as a communication platform:
Do’s:
1- Reaching out to colleagues in other departments.
2- Sending or receiving files/links/videos that are only work-related.
3- Announcing urgent communications that may help others.
Don’t:
1- Sending any personal info, banking info or confidential data.
2- Sending or receiving songs/videos/movies, etc… that is not work-related.
3- Sending inappropriate words/ images/ discriminating messages.
The above is considered the main rule for using all our slack channels to keep it professional & beneficial for everyone.
Imp note:
Sharing non-work related data that have international copyrights (movies/songs, etc…) may lead to legal action against the user & the company.
We always count on you to stick to the above stay productive
