Discount initiated by talabat and promoted to the vendors. when a campaign is active it will be available on a filter with its name on the app. 

Some campaigns are done for certain criteria of customers, for example:

• First-time Users.

• Master Card Users.

• Certain Areas.

Other campaigns are done for all talabat users, for example: 

• Free delivery.

If the customer complained about any issue related to the campaigns, please check DH Mena campaign sheet for the terms and conditions then update the customer accordingly.

Discounts are initiated by the restaurant itself, and it's always represented on free items.

Examples:

• Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

If the customer lost his Coupon Discount (Cancelled / Incomplete) - Advise the customer that he /she can place a new order again using the same Coupon Discount from the application.

Discount codes are offered by talabat, and sent to certain criteria of customers.

Customers can find it through their voucher wallet where they can also check all the voucher terms and conditions.

If the customer complained about any issue related to these vouchers, we need to check the voucher status through the app.
