Our menus are available on our Lilio app under the calendar tab, where parents can view our Chef's 4-week rotating menus featuring wholesome, natural foods. Our kitchen ensures that children not only receive nutritious meals but also enjoy a positive dining experience, fostering a healthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime.
We can accommodate dietary preferences and requests (following a conversation in regards to the needs). We are able to offer dairy free/ non cow's milk alternatives.
Our vegan & vegetarian options include vegan margarine, fortified almond or soy drinks, and a selection of commonly found meatless protein alternatives (chick peas, tofu, black beans etc.)

Every couple weeks we make the choice to introduce a new food to the children. We have explored Bok choy, pomegranate, Choko, Pomello and Gooseberry are some examples.
Turkey Dinner with fixings, served before the holiday's annually. Mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, stuffing, cranberry sauce, all homemade in our kitchen. Holiday based afternoon snack to top it off.
Every child has the opportunity to be full, some of our children enjoy 3 platefuls of delicious meals. Food is never used as a reward or punishment. We promote a positive relationship with food and encourage them to try new things.
A simple whole wheat and egg sandwich, full of spinach served with a side of veggies - red, green, orange or yellow in concordance with Ministerial Requirements for child care centres found here
