A marking that causes light or dark ribs to appear on the tail, and occasionally rump and torso of your lirse.
Ribs most often resemble the banding on the tails of raccoons, coatimundi, and ring-tailed lemurs, with an extended range.
Design Notes:
It may be a lighter or darker shade of the base coat.
It may have a hard, soft, or textured.
Ribs must be a solid color, which may have a subtle gradient or nuance. It may fade into the base coat near the ends.
Ribs must touch the topline.
Ribs may taper off to be thinner than the minimum width towards the bottom of the Rib. However, a majority of the Rib must be minimum width.
Red represents the maximum range, blue represents the maximum and minimum size of each rib.
Three ribs must be present at minimum.
