Hiring: Adoption Center, Banking, Lore and Development, Ranking
This department needs dedicated admins who are good with tedious work. Activity admins must also have good integrity and an ability to judge art without bias.
While this may be a desirable position, judging and writing corrections can get stressful while also having to move images from folder to folder. On top of that, having multiple tabs open for rollers, journals, rules, and folders can be hard on a computer
If you are not confident in being honest and remaining unbiased, this may not be the best department to apply for.

While relatively relaxed, the Adoption Center admins are responsible for generating, giving out, and placing genos within the AC tracker. They'll need to be able to use Google Sheets to maintain the AC log and the willingness to double-check to ensure no one is attempting to go over their monthly limit or adopt from the newbie geno pool when not eligible. Access to player banks to give our Lollypops is another task which, like bankers, has expectations of trustworthiness and honesty.
Status: Hiring
Banking admins are responsible for redeeming and banking members' items, as well as overseeing Crafting. Basic math skills and a willingness to double check things over is a big requirement here. We also expect trustworthiness and honesty from our banking admins, as you are in charge of ensuring a player's possessions get where they belong.
Status: Hiring
This department is another desirable position, but admins working here must be good with time-consuming tasks. Breeding involves many responsibilities, including marking slots used, double-checking forms, working with a roller, and checking monthly slots. This department includes rolling litters and abandoned eggs.

This department needs dedicated admins that have critical thinking skills and good communication skills. Knowing how to word corrections so a member can easily understand what is needed is a required skill. This department in particular will have longer training sessions in which we will go over markings, the approval process, as well as how to judge edits.
Having a digital art program for color picking and checking ranges is a must. Patience is another big requirement, as the import approval process can be hard on both players and admins.
Status: ???
This role is a much more behind the scenes position. Because some weeks may be slow, or have no work, you will be cross-trained in one or more other department so that you can meet quota.
Creative writing skills and imagination are a must in this department, as it will be your responsibility to write lore, information and flavor text for things like Side Adventures, Quests, events, and more. You will also be responsible for helping Zeke translate amorphous ideas into something understandable

Admins here are responsible for judging rites images and literature as well as various information for lirse on the official upload account. This will need to be done without bias, and requires basic math skills for factoring scores.
Status: Not Hiring
This department can get very monotonous with counting SP and checking over dozens of images. Checking if a lirse is accurately represented in each image and checking SP bonuses will be a tedious but necessary job. You will also be responsible for judging rites associated with various ranks, such as Siethe's Secondary Schooling.
Having basic math skills and a good work ethic are needed. You must judge art without bias.

Not as fancy as other departments but is just as essential. You will be responsible for checking forms, downloading PNGs, using our mule to upload imports, and marking the geno as uploaded.
Having a computer being able to download PNGs is a must.
