Design Notes:
Freckles must be a darker shade of the base coat or black.
Freckles must have a hard edge.
Freckles may be up to three colors, and this color can be a gradient across the freckles. Freckles may also fade into the base coat!
Around 3 freckles must be present on at least two body sections!
This is an approximate minimum and maximum of freckles size; at minimum, they must be visible before zooming in.
