A second version of the participatory installation Soundscape of a Landscape developed during a residency at HetHuis Utrecht (NL) in 2024, emerging from the research gathered through 250 booklets filled in by visitors during the performative walk at Oerol Festival in 2023.
The work evolved into a four-hour durational event in September 2024, where audiences entered and exited freely, shaping their journey. This deepened engagement—participants revisited elements and contributed to an evolving dialogue.
It was an attempt to be in the here and now, while drawing on memories and associations of another place. An experiment to connect and overlayer two and multiple places, with collective participation.
To imagine collectively forms a moment of a temporary community and an opportunity to connect and build new relations with each other and with the space. Together, we asked the audience to listen, observe, imagine and create.
