Team Communication

Our team is using the Agile workflow for project management. Agile workflow allows everyone in the team to see what is left to do for the project, which is organized. In addition, it helps to divide work among individuals to see who is working on what and how is the progress. If one individual has finished the assignment, they can put that file under the reviewing section. Later, everyone else can gather together to look at that work, give feedback, make changes, and mark the work as done. Asana has been set up and assigned everyone with work to do, which gives us a top view of the project's progress.
