I worked on several different projects this year, but here are some of my favorites! The video I included can also be found under videos with more detail as to how I thought of doing it.
In the slides from my PowerPoint presentation, I examined the aspect of Authentic Teaching and how to use it in a lesson. This was one of my favorite projects because it used scientific studies to support the positive results from using each of the elements within Authentic Teaching. I can understand how students learn through these different aspects and I could easily come up with ways to incorporate each of them into a single lesson. I also could clearly see these aspects in both Mr. Lesinski's classroom and in my past experience with other teachers.
