TS1- I have high expectations of behaviour, from which I have developed a wide range of strategies based around positive reinforcement and appropriate sanctions.

TS3- I have shown development of my subject and curriculum knowledge, teaching a wide range of topics in my practice, including cross-curricular theme lessons and the core subjects, revising areas I have identified previously as weaknesses.

TS5- I ensure my lessons are differentiated effectively either by task or outcome, ensuring children make progress at their individual abilities. I have learnt and understood the importance of making lessons interactive and interesting.

TS7- Behaviour management has been identified as a key area of strength in my practice where my expectations are clear and fair, knowing how to encourage through praise and uplifting comments such as 'I really like that answer, it shows me...'

TS8- I have ensured I have made a positive impact on the wider community of the school by attending and taking part in celebration assemblies, helping organise the Christmas nativity play, attending and helping out at the Christmas Fayre, attending staff meetings, actively sorting CPD by sitting in lessons, communicating with parents in the play ground/parents evening and on 'SeeSaw', I have also acted on advice and feedback from more experienced colleagues to improve my own practice.

TS2/6- Create my own strategies that allow children to reflect on their learning and understand their emerging learning needs from my lessons and feedback. These methods need to be engaging and effective, requiring my own judgement based on the group of children.

TS2- To set appropriately challenging tasks that stretch higher ability children, including this in my planning to ensure they are given the opportunity to show their capabilities.

TS4- Setting homework/home learning tasks for children of different abilities. This includes knowing what to set them that will challenge them but also be achievable. This will involve differentiating homework by both task and expected outcomes with link to assessments.
