Even if your faith has been shaken do what you use to do before your faith was shaken to be close to God
Pray - Hail Marys & Our Fathers & other prayers like the rosary that you can repeat over and over until you feel better
Read devotions (see devotional section for suggestions on ones that have been helpful to me)
Attend daily mass and receive the Eucharist even if you are not sure why you are there. Feed your mustard seed of faith with the Eucharist
Attend GriefShare.org multiweek sessions in person or over zoom - workbook is excellent to direct your thoughts positively
Attend bible studies and listen to the faith of the others
Talk to compassionate priest in confession & in one on one appointments
Find a spiritual director - start by asking your priest or ask people you know who have one
Go to Jesus though Marian or St. Joseph Consecrations ( the daily pattern of study may sooth you like they soothed me)
Read books about how to handle grief. If focusing on reading is difficult listen to audio books. I even read books out loud to myself and I record myself to play back.
Try Stations of the Cross for Widows (see Stations section)
Attend retreats at local retreat houses in person or over Zoom
Find spiritual gardens and spend time there praying, journaling, crying and thinking
Walk a lot in silence, praying , listening to an audio book or walk with compassionate friends that are good listeners
Go to Formed.Org and watch faith videos, listen to faith audios, etc.
Search for faith movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube Search "faith", "Jesus" ,"grief"
