Colored pencils & crayons - color the grief into control & lose yourself in the coloring

Use paper punches to make cards & send to family and friends. Reach out.
Make jewelry - I make 10 bead finger rosaries to use and give away.
Sew - I use my husbands t-shirts and ties to make small stuffed little pillows I can cuddle and carry to keep him close.
I write bible passages that comfort me on post it notes that I put around your house.
Play comforting music.
Sing church hymns and love songs out loud until you cry or laugh.
Dance like nobody is watching.
