Forms & Requests

This is the hub for all lab-related forms. Whether you want to suggest an update to the website, request a change to your info, or get connected to the lab for the first time—this is where to do it.

We currently use Google Forms for:

• Website edits & updates – Request to add, remove, or update content on specific pages (e.g., your photo/description on Meet the Labbies, a publication on the Publications page, or resources on the Writing Resources or How-To Guides pages).

• Outreach & onboarding – If you’re looking to connect with the lab, this form serves as your first step in reaching out and letting us know you’re interested.

You’ll also see links to these forms at the bottom of relevant pages with a note like:

"📝 Have an update, edit, or suggestion for this page? Submit it here."

That way, you can either find them directly in context or come back here to the central hub.
