To order a transcript, please use the official transcript request form below. We will not accept emailed or in person requests.
Students using Common App should request their transcripts be sent in Common App.

COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS
Dual Enrollment students will need to contact Vol State to request their Vol State transcript be sent to any college requesting a transcript during the college admission process.
Note: If making a request with Vol State, be sure you have completed the course before requesting your transcript be sent otherwise your final grades will not be included on the transcript.
