Info for College Bound Athletes
The NCAA is the governing body of many intercollegiate sports. Each college regulated by the NCAA has established rules on eligibility, recruiting, and financial aid and falls into one of the three membership divisions (Divisions I, II, and III).
When should students register?
The NCAA recommends that student-athletes register at the beginning of their freshman year in high school. For Division I or II, you must complete the Academic and Amateurism Certification account registration before you go on official visits, sign a National Letter of Intent, or receive an athletics scholarship.
How do students register?
Students must register online at the NCAA Eligibility Center.

NAIA is a college athletics governing body for small college athletics programs. The NAIA offers student-athletes an opportunity to earn athletic scholarships in 28 different sports at more than 250 schools across the country.
When should students register?
Athletes can build their profile as early as their freshmen year of high school and no later than senior year.
How do students register?
Students must create a profile at PlayNAIA.org.
