The Byss-Calle spelmansstämma,
Sunday July 20

The spelmansstämma happens at the Älvkarleby homestead farm (Hembygdsgård). 

If you can play one or more of the tunes (Mungalåten, Andakten, Alfred Anderssons polska, Kyrkmarsch by Olov Jansson, Byggnan in F, Hellstedts brudmarsch) you are welcome to join the crowd playing in the medieval church at 11AM. You are also encouraged to play on stage during the afternoon with any tunes of your choice, solo or in groups. Those who play at least one Byss-Calle tune will get a diploma. There will be food and fika for all fiddlers. Leif will be busy that day leading the stämma. 

If you wish to take part of the stämma, you will need food and lodging Friday evening  to Sunday morning. I will do my best to help you. 

2022 people stayed in small cabins at the fishing camp 2 km away. I can make reservations for you. The price 2022 was SEK 520 per cabin with two beds. There is probably a restaurant at the camp and it is 4 km to shops.
