Seems to be a variant of the standard models, with the sidewalls, slope, chamber and throat as normal.
The distinguishing feature of the “LW” model is that the Window (opening under the reed) extends perhaps 5mm further than on the standard models.
Unknown when the LW variant was introduced and the period for which it was available.
Probably available only in metal (unless someone knows differently).
